Position Overview
Stealth Creative is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with 3–5 years of experience — preferably in an agency environment — to help manage and grow relationships across several key clients. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital marketing, a solid understanding of traditional media, and experience managing networked client relationships, such as working with affiliated entities under a larger corporate umbrella.
This role will serve as the day-to-day client contact, working with the Director of Account Service, for key client growth areas at Stealth. You balance big-picture thinking with the ability to track the details, timelines and moving parts across multiple projects. Taking ownership, strong project management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholder needs are key.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely, clear, and proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
- Manage marketing efforts across both digital and traditional channels, aligning campaign execution with client goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop scopes of work, timelines, estimates, and creative briefs; keep internal teams aligned and informed throughout project lifecycles.
- Support the development of full-funnel digital strategies including paid search, display, video, paid social, and email campaigns.
- Translate campaign performance into actionable insights through reporting and analytics reviews.
- Maintain organized client documentation using project management systems (e.g., Basecamp, Asana) and CRMs.
- Leverage AI productivity tools to enhance workflows, support content ideation, and streamline internal processes.
- Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and technologies — bringing fresh thinking and value to every client conversation.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or project coordination; agency background preferred.
- Experience managing multi-tiered client relationships (e.g., franchises, local branches, regional partners).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, platforms, and KPIs.
- Familiarity with traditional media (TV, radio, print, OOH) and how it integrates with digital strategies.
- Comfort with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and other campaign platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deliverables at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and client-friendly.
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Working knowledge of or curiosity about AI tools and how they enhance productivity.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in automotive, telecom/internet and financial services industry or working with regulated brands.
- Familiarity with brand development and website creation processes.
- Confidence presenting to clients and managing stakeholder expectations across levels of seniority.
