Suddenlink Business was upgrading their internet speeds and tasking their sales people to upsell their customers to faster speeds. But, salespeople complained that their customers did not see the benefit of upgrading their internet speed.

In order for business customers to understand the need to upgrade their speed, they needed to be convinced it would help their specific business.

Stealth interviewed salespeople and identified higher bandwidth tasks associated with different businesses. We created industry-specific sales collateral that highlighted common data-rich tasks that would go much faster with improved internet speeds.
