For the past 60 years or so, St. Louisans have gone to Slyman Bros. for appliances. But with big name box stores popping up and e-commerce becoming the norm, this local brick and mortar needed to increase their sales — fast.
The Challenge
While their former digital marketing agency was doing a decent job, Slyman wanted more bang for their marketing co-op bucks, specifically on Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, they wanted to maximize visibility to their new online shopping platform in the most cost-efficient manner possible.
What Was Our Approach?
We conducted an audit of their existing campaigns as part of our discovery process and noticed ways to improve performance, including:

Slyman Brothers Appliances opened their doors in 1965, the same year the Arch was completed. Since then, they have expanded to five locations — each with at least one Slyman family member on staff to maintain a legacy of continuity and community. Nearing their 60th anniversary, the company has won numerous local awards recognizing the service and satisfaction they’ve delivered to thousands of homes in the St. Louis metro area.
