Stealth introduced new Bistro 10 coffee specialty drink machines, built awareness, educated customers, drove traffic to Newco booth at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) trade show, stimulated Bistro 10 equipment trials and sales. We reached 300+ decision makers at 123 restaurant chains with 100+ locations.
What Was Our Approach…
Utilize high impact direct mail, eblasts and phone follow up to stimulate awareness, interest and response before and after the NRA trade show. Set appointments for Newco’s direct sales reps with restaurant chain decision makers and utilize equipment trials to help stimulate purchase.
Free 45 day trial period to utilize the Bistro 10 machine in return for feedback and assessments. For those that purchase the equipment, offered customized machine face labels/ branding and a Merchandising Kit.
All objectives accomplished through this highly successful program.
Overall response from chains: 15% interested in appointments and/or trials.
