What Was Our Approach...
We developed a new employment branding campaign centered around Weekends Only’s core values and culture. We wanted to filter in prospects motivated by a passion for customer service and a desire to be a part of a disruptive, growing company.
Because we wanted to get candidates excited about the Weekends Only brand, mission and team culture from the get-go (rather than prospects just looking for a paying gig.)
Our recruitment messaging reflected the enthusiastic, witty voice of the Weekends Only brand, grabbing attention using: Brochures, print ads, e-blasts, billboards, referral flyers, store recruitment branding kits and job fair booth branding kits.

Weekends Only is a furniture retailer with six stores in St, Louis and two in Indianapolis. With their unique business model of only being open on weekends, they are able to offer a wide selection of furniture styles while passing their own big-time savings on to customers.
